When owners of Maui condos are not using their property, they often rent them out on a short term basis. Rental income can be used to help pay for a higher priced property then they could have otherwise afforded. Sometimes the rental income is used to help with retirement planning. The beautifully landscaped condominium complex has four tennis courts, two swimming pools and two whirlpool spas. There are also two beaches and a private BBQ area located on the property. Each unit has central air conditioning, a wet bar, washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, cable television, free local phone service and a private lanai. The price for a Maui Surf condo rental varies from $300 - $1200, based on the season, location, size of the condo and the length of time it is rented.

There are many Maui condo vacation rentals available. Some are less expensive then the Makena Surf and some are more expensive. They offer travelers a chance to experience their own little piece of heaven even if it is just for a short time.
